Arnold Brant launched his menswear company in the late 90s as he saw an opening in the marketplace that's still extremely prevalent today; a blend of luxury old-world fabrics and tailoring combined with contemporary styling. Brant saw that this timeless pairing also needed to be approachable priced, unlike similar collections that exist on shelves today. This trifecta introduced a perfectly fitting and impeccably looking menswear line to a consumer who previously couldn't afford such luxuries.
Arnold Brant learnt his craft from his father, making him the 4th generation of Brant men to specialise in and revolutionise menswear. After his introduction to the world of menswear, he honed his craft training with Karl Lagerfeld and Yves St Laurent in his 20s. WIth is skills honed and eye for design, he launched his iconic menswear line that quickly grew into one of the largest men's clothing lines, selling in hundreds of stores across the world. Aside from his own company, Arnold Brant was the Design Director at Nordstrom as well as President and Chief Creative Officer at Hickey Freeman and Samuelsohn from 2008 - 2020 where he doubled the volume of both businesses.
Since his brand's inception, Arnold Brant's clothes have been worn by U.S presidents and VPs, Canadian prime Ministers, and Hollywood celebrities including multiple Oscar, Grammy, Emmy, and Tony winners across the decades.
In July of 2024, Arnold Brant partnered with English menswear legends, Douglas Hayward (tailor to The Beatles, Steve McQueen, Clint Eastwood, etc.) to partner in their first-ever venture into the North American market. Being that Arnold Brant has tons of experience In North American menswear, they felt comfortable trusting the advice of a seasoned expert for their first ever North American venture.
